📋 Description

• Design and lead the full change and adoption programme for each AI Momentum client engagement • Build and sustain executive sponsor commitment and align leaders around an AI narrative • Assess organisational readiness, stakeholder perspectives, decision-making dynamics and cultural factors • Recruit, develop and sustain internal champion networks • Build engagement strategies for frontline, leadership and board audiences • Design and lead executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, town halls and adoption events • Identify stakeholder concerns and design targeted support to protect adoption outcomes • Define success metrics, track behaviour change and report outcomes to client executives • Lead AI Accelerate end-to-end to turn initial engagement into sustained adoption and measurable value • Own AI Operate end-to-end, including ongoing support, maintenance and continuous development of agentic outcomes • Establish adoption metrics and executive cadence during the first eight weeks of engagements • Build ROI narratives supporting renewal and expansion conversations • Shape adoption narratives in proposals and present the programme in sales meetings • Build and refine AI Momentum’s adoption methodology and repeatable playbooks • Raise change and adoption literacy across the AI Momentum team • Own the AI Accelerate motion, with monthly client engagement and retention contributing to renewal and expansion conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes across complex organisations with accountability for adoption or change outcomes • Experience in consulting, client-side transformation or comparable leadership roles • Confident communication with groups of 50–500 people • Experience designing and facilitating town halls, roadshows and events • Ability to define adoption metrics before deployment and track behaviour change • Ability to build reporting that drives renewal • Understanding of the relationship between adoption outcomes and recurring revenue • Comfort with commercial accountability • Stakeholder mapping and coalition-building capability • Ability to identify underlying causes of concern and respond with targeted engagement, support and communication • Ability to operate at executive level across AU, UK and US markets • Understanding of cultural calibration across AU, UK and US markets • Flexibility to work across time zones when client or collaboration needs require it • Collaborative, commercially aware change leadership • Strategic thinking, empathy and practical delivery • Clear communication and ability to learn quickly • Ability to use AI thoughtfully to improve work quality and efficiency • Alignment with Insentra’s HITACES values • Strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Ability to perform under pressure • Ability to build processes with a team • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Hard-working, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic • Self-starter able to complete tasks with minimal instruction and supervision • Willingness to work beyond standard 9–5 hours when required
