📋 Description

• Research and build high-quality lead lists aligned with the agency’s Ideal Customer Profile using modern sourcing tools • Execute daily multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns to generate conversations and interest • Qualify prospective leads and schedule discovery calls on the founder’s calendar • Provide detailed prospect briefs before scheduled meetings • Maintain accurate CRM/Trello records of outreach volumes, response rates, and meeting conversions • Test and refine outreach scripts, messaging angles, and workflows to improve conversion rates • Gradually expand into discovery calls, product demos, deal closing, and client-success handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven background in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, or appointment setting, ideally within a digital agency or B2B professional services environment • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills at C1 level • Enthusiasm and confidence to expand from appointment setting into discovery calls, demos, and closing • High autonomy, discipline, and ownership to manage daily outreach activity without micromanagement • Based in South Africa • Availability to align with U.S. Central Time business hours • Ability to start with a part-time ramp and scale into a full-time commitment • Hands-on familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, n8n, or OpenClaw is preferred • Conversational or fluent Spanish language ability is preferred
