📋 Description

• Manage time-to-fill from signed client to placed candidate • Maintain a pipeline of fully screened, interview-ready candidates • Lead an operations coordinator, recruiters/screeners, and sourcing support • Establish productivity standards and scorecards • Ensure placement quality and 90-day retention • Manage the JazzHR ATS pipeline, sourcing channels, and candidate experience • Increase monthly placements while maintaining quality • Expand the roles placed as the business grows • Audit the current pipeline, bench, and screening processes • Rebuild the candidate bench so signed clients are not waiting on sourcing • Establish daily and weekly operating rhythms for open searches • Report directly to the founder and own delivery-side operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10+ years in recruitment with real leadership experience • Experience running an agency, branch, or permanent desk with P&L or billings responsibility • Experience managing recruiters and maintaining quality under speed pressure • Data-driven knowledge of placements per month, fill times, and fall-off rates • Calm, structured, decisive, and strong prioritization • Comfortable working US-aligned hours remotely • Proficient in using AI tools to screen, source, and accelerate recruitment • Comfortable rewriting broken processes or scaling a partially built function • Experience placing candidates with US, UK, or Australian clients strongly preferred • CV required • Publicly accessible 30–90 second English audio or video introduction required • Internet speed test screenshot required
