📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end talent lifecycle from initial sourcing through candidate offer acceptance • Identify top-tier remote talent through job boards, social media, candidate databases, and professional networks • Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit • Maintain and organize active candidate pipelines in the ATS • Ensure timely candidate communication and prevent pipeline drop-off • Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications and create compelling recruitment postings • Schedule interview rounds • Conduct reference checks and facilitate background verifications • Extend formal employment offers • Assist with salary negotiations to close strong candidates • Serve as the primary gatekeeper of candidate quality and uphold client standards for technical skill, English fluency, and cultural alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, specialized job boards, and modern recruiting strategies • Outstanding communication skills • Strong candidate judgment and ability to identify top talent under pressure • Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar) • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized remote job networks • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for job post drafting and outreach • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and Slack/Zoom • C1 English level required; strict English use throughout the shift • Full-time, 100% dedicated single-job commitment required • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred • Resume and audio recording must be submitted in English • Valid publicly accessible 30–90 second audio or video recording required • Internet speed test screenshot required
