📋 Description

• Source Executive Assistant, operations, marketing, and senior administrative candidates • Run structured screens including résumé reviews, written assessments, video introductions, and live interviews • Evaluate candidates’ experience, tools, camera professionalism, English fluency, and energy • Maintain a standing pool of ready-to-endorse candidates • Match candidates to client briefs and build polished endorsement packages • Keep the ATS updated and recycle strong candidates for future roles • Meet weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist targets • Own the top and middle of the recruitment funnel for LATAM talent placement with US founders and executives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience • 2+ years placing admin, EA, or ops talent • Experience recruiting for US/international clients • Fluent, professional written and spoken English • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable) • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing • Exceptional judgment to maintain candidate quality under high volume • Reliable home office setup with fast internet, quality headset, and quiet space • Applications must include a 30–90 second English audio or video recording with a publicly accessible link • Applications must include a screenshot of an internet speed test result
