📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and other business functions • Find exceptional talent through creative, proactive sourcing • Partner with hiring managers across the US, Europe, and beyond • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while keeping hiring processes moving fast • Experiment with AI, automation, and new tools to make recruiting smarter, faster, and more effective • Help shape and continuously improve how Oversee attracts and hires talent globally

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech startup or SaaS company • Hands-on experience recruiting for the US market, especially GTM roles • Excellent English proficiency • Experience working with international teams across cultures and time zones • AI-first working approach and ability to use AI in recruiting • Experience with sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter • Proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities • Ability to take ownership, move fast, and work independently
