📋 Description

• Hunt Latin American candidates, especially in Mexico, through job advertisements and other platforms • Screen resumes and assess candidate fit • Schedule and conduct interviews • Coach applicants and coordinate follow-up sessions and re-recordings • Endorse qualified candidates against weekly targets • Provide timely feedback to candidates • Track candidate data accurately • Partner with other departments to understand client needs • Complete the recruitment process, including the Plow Test, HR interview, hiring manager interview, and Head of People Product interview

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, or talent acquisition • Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written • Exceptional English communication • Living in Mexico; Mexico-based candidates only • Basic Google Workspace knowledge: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs • Available for 40 hours per week on the specified day or night shift schedule • Comfortable working as an independent contractor, exclusively for Magic • Own computer, reliable internet, headset, and work-from-home setup • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High energy and enthusiasm • Adaptability and a “PLOW” mindset • Able to build rapport, provide constructive feedback, work independently, learn new systems, and remain professional under pressure
