📋 Description

• Hunt Latin American candidates, especially in Mexico, by posting ads across platforms and growing Magic's LatAm candidate pool • Screen resumes and identify candidates who fit the requirements • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential Executive Assistants • Coach applicants with constructive feedback • Coordinate follow-up sessions and re-recordings for nearly qualified applicants • Endorse candidates against weekly targets without lowering standards • Provide timely feedback to candidates • Track every candidate accurately • Partner with other departments to understand client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, or talent acquisition • Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written • Exceptional English is non-negotiable • Living in Mexico; this role is open to Mexico-based candidates only for now • Basic Google Workspace know-how (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs) • Available for 40 hours a week, day or night shift, on the stated schedule • Comfortable working as an independent contractor, exclusive to Magic • Own WFH setup and equipment: computer, reliable internet, and headset • Magic does not provide equipment • Ability to build rapport quickly, give constructive feedback, work independently, adapt to changing needs, and take initiative • Must complete the Plow Test (English Assessment) and multi-stage interview process
