📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer • Actively source candidates rather than only reviewing applications • Screen and interview candidates • Manage assessments and follow-up • Build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions • Partner directly with hiring managers • Keep the ATS organized and current • Recruit across plumbing and skilled trades, field sales, inside sales, customer service, dispatch, installation and operations • Source talent through Facebook and local Facebook groups, trade and industry communities, local job boards, competitor research, referral networks, social media, direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other creative channels • Learn the Orange County market from another country and identify where local talent spends time • Measure success by long-term retention and quality of hires rather than hiring volume

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for U.S. companies or clients • Strong outbound sourcing experience • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards and ATS platforms • Experience sourcing through Facebook, social communities or other nontraditional channels • Excellent spoken and written English • Fast, resourceful and highly self-directed • Experience recruiting plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, skilled trades or salespeople is a major plus • Availability Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM Pacific Time • Ability to complete a short recorded video interview if invited
