📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination • Use AI tools daily to accelerate sourcing, screening, and candidate communication • Build and manage talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa • Maintain accurate Cost & Salary Calculator data and shortlist trackers • Communicate proactively with clients and candidates about status and next steps • Identify process gaps and bottlenecks and propose improvements • Run multiple searches end-to-end with minimal oversight • Meet shortlist turnaround targets • Improve the team's day-to-day use of AI

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house) • Daily, fluent use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar • Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience with spreadsheet-based tracking • Fluent written and spoken English • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently, from sourcing through offer • High ownership and ability to take projects from zero to one independently • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple responsibilities • Proactive problem-solving and communication skills • Coachability and willingness to improve independently • Experience recruiting for startup, tech, or remote-first companies is nice to have • Experience recruiting across LatAm or South African markets is nice to have • Exposure to EOR (Employer of Record) hiring concepts is nice to have
