📋 Description

• Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to behavioral health clinicians. • Must be highly motivated to experiment on different campaigns and quickly iterate to find out what sales approach works. • Focus outreach on the specific sector of behavioral health (e.g., neuropsychology or cognition testing). • Actively contribute to building and refining the cold-calling process, including refining scripts and developing a comprehensive onboarding playbook. • Hunt down contact details (phone numbers) for target clinics via third-party API, as the list currently lacks this information. • Set up and manage the necessary outreach tools, including Google Voice, Twilio, a power dialer, Calendly, and Slack. • Follow up with leads and diligently track progress and contact history in a CRM or spreadsheets. • Must be able to speak the clinician language and understand that the demographic is often highly analytical and relies on clinical evidence. • Must possess a soft and engaging tone, while maintaining professional assertiveness. • Work closely with the founder to optimize the outreach model and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or behavioral health sector. • Strong fluency in English with a neutral English accent to ensure clear and professional communication with U.S.-based clinicians. • Comfortable setting up and managing remote communication and dialing tools (power dialers, VoIP, etc.). • Demonstrated ability to work remotely with reliable, high-speed internet and backup power solutions to ensure minimal disruption during work hours (40-45 hours/week). • Self-driven, reliable, and entrepreneurial, able to manage an independent outreach schedule and think critically to overcome the challenges of calling into a referral-based market.
