📋 Description
• Triage and manage high-volume client email communications (10+ actionable emails per hour). • Compose professional, timely responses to client inquiries, providing status updates, and offering feedback/notes. • Confirm receipt of complex items and escalate them to the founder or specialist team with clear summaries and next steps. • Monitor and respond to urgent communications when the founder is offline or engaged in meetings/travel. • Complete quick, one-off tasks that do not require specialist training. • Look up basic performance data in ad platforms to answer client queries.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a basic understanding of WordPress, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads • Proficiency in Canva is required for simple design tasks. • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com is a plus. • Must have strong customer service experience and be accustomed to communicating with US-based clients. • Must be very friendly, outgoing, proactive and excited to work.
