• Manage inbound leads, conduct qualification and discovery calls • Handle initial follow up, and route serious opportunities to the company owner • Seek out Greater Seattle area online forums to identify potential prospects • Engage in relevant conversations and maintain communication through social media activity • Create new opportunities to set appointments by expanding the company’s reach online • Monitor lead channels and ensure no inquiry goes unanswered • Perform consistent follow up to increase show rates • Prepare daily or weekly summaries of results, wins, challenges, and needed support • Input and update records in the CRM system and maintain organized documentation • Communicate professionally and prepare prospects for next steps
🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in lead generation, appointment setting, cold calling, and sales support • Experience conducting discovery calls or qualification calls • Experience working for a US based company • Experience with Go High Level is a plus, but not required • CRM experience in general is required • Excellent English communication, both spoken and written • Clear and neutral sounding accent • High attention to detail and strong follow up • Proactive, organized, self directed • Comfortable handling a fast paced environment and high expectations • Ability to anticipate needs and stay several steps ahead • Go getter energy, resourceful, dependable • Comfortable receiving feedback and improving quickly • Highly communicative and consistent • Adaptable and willing to learn industry specific knowledge
