• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role. • Manage and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and organized recruitment process. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. • Check candidate references and perform background checks when necessary. • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms. • Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role. • Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
