📋 Description

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and services. • Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively. • Nurturing a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance. • Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their technical skills. • Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• You've had 4+ years of strong backend development experience with Go and/or Node.js, PHP Laravel. • You enjoy working on data-heavy systems, especially where performance at scale is critical. • You’ve worked with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar. • You are a good communicator and fluent in English.
