📋 Description

• Identify opportunities and bring forward proposals for end-to-end web or mobile digital products and solutions for leadership discussion • Build, maintain, and evolve solutions in production, covering the interface, backend, database, and infrastructure, using Claude Code and similar tools • Develop and improve AI agents by identifying issues, refining prompts and workflows, and measuring results • Implement integrations and automations that connect solutions to operations • Collaborate with the tech lead and leadership team to build the technology roadmap • Advocate for priorities based on the impact and potential return of each product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building, maintaining, and evolving end-to-end digital products and solutions for web or mobile • Ability to turn business problems and opportunities into real products through structured proposals prioritized by impact • Ability to technically scope each solution, identifying dependencies, risks, realistic timelines, and potential technical bottlenecks • Willingness to support leadership in building the team • Ability to build—not just specify—and turn ideas into reality using the available tools • Sensitivity to UX and UI considerations • Curiosity about technology and AI, with hands-on experimentation in code generation, agents, or automation • Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLMs • Experience making architecture or technology stack decisions • Practical knowledge of AWS or another cloud provider, along with experience deploying applications to production • Experience with TypeScript and modern web frameworks • Knowledge of SQL, analytical databases, or data manipulation with Python • Experience with advertising platform APIs • Experience with scraping, APIs, automations, or integrations • Experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar tools • Design proficiency and familiarity with Figma or prototyping tools • Previous experience in product management • Experience with content portals, digital agencies, or performance marketing companies
