📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of EMEA market access and reimbursement • Engage with payers, HTA bodies, policymakers, and key stakeholders in the region • Develop and implement pricing and reimbursement action plans across the region • Lead, review, and approve HTA/pricing and reimbursement submissions • Develop a robust payer network and communicate relevant information to stakeholders • Collaborate with consultants, key opinion leaders, and clinical societies • Contribute to public relations, regulatory and clinical development plans

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical reimbursement and health policy, ideally in several countries • Good understanding of health economics • Experience working with KOLs, governments, public bodies, and private payers. • Apply business and corporate ethical standards. • Perform due diligence; assess and interpret HTA and pricing and reimbursement requirements and their impact. • Understanding of national and local health care policies. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing (English). • Minimum M.Sc. or M.A. degree in a scientific or technical discipline. • Willingness to Extensive travels (at least 60%)
