📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team of channel managers focused on insightsoftware’s most strategic ERP relationships, including SAP, Oracle, Deltek, IFS, and other enterprise ERP platforms. • Drive the identification, recruitment, and activation of new partners into the ERP ecosystem, establishing effective reseller and co-sell arrangements that align with insightsoftware’s revenue strategy. • Own and grow the SAP Solex relationship—one of insightsoftware’s most strategically significant ERP partnerships—ensuring alignment, executive engagement, and continued expansion of joint go-to-market activity. • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s organizational structure, internal decision-making processes, and business priorities—then use that knowledge to build relationships at the right levels and accelerate joint go-to-market execution. • Address performance gaps within the current ERP partner base by improving partner quality, enablement, and certification; increasing win rates; and reducing time-to-first-deal. • Support ongoing opportunities and grow regional pipelines across North America, with expanding accountability in EMEA and APAC. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of channel managers with a focus on building a high-accountability, results-oriented culture—one where standards are clear, performance is measured, and excellence is the expectation. • Actively inspect and support all active channel pursuits to optimize deal velocity and outcomes. • Take full ownership of ERP channel sales goals, accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings across global channel territories. • Build effective working relationships across insightsoftware’s go-to-market functions from Partner Marketing driving partner demand and awareness to Solution Engineering supporting partner-led demos, to Revenue Operations on reporting, tracking, and territory management.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of channel sales leadership experience, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding bookings goals through indirect channels. • Demonstrated success recruiting, activating, and scaling reseller and co-sell partner channels for SaaS solutions in the enterprise or mid-market segment. • Direct experience working within or alongside large ERP organizations (SAP, Oracle, Deltek, IFS, or similar)—with a proven ability to navigate their complex internal structures, partner programs, and go-to-market motions. • Strong analytical and forecasting skills; experienced with pipeline management tools and channel sales reporting. • Excellent communication and executive presence—comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders both internally and at partner organizations. • A builder’s mindset: equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. • Brings curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action to everything they do. • Travel required up to 25% of the time, domestically and internationally.
