• Drive the creation, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the engagement strategy • Lead the long-term positioning and capture execution of Company product and services offerings • Oversee business capture opportunities • Assist in preparing bids and proposals • Leverage resources and knowledge of Insitu’s products, services, processes and operations • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional customers • Interface with customers and internal stakeholders • Partner with Marketing, Strategy, and technical product leaders • Mentor and guide Business Development specialists
• 3-5 years’ experience as a business development director or senior-level specialist • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills • General understanding of targeted customer and/or regional market • Ability to balance enterprise, business unit, and customer goals • Good interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and relentless customer focus • Strong organizational skills • Experience in maintaining relationships with executives and customer decision-makers • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of customer business • Deep familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition process
