📋 Description

• Help to evolve the enterprise people analytics agenda across key domains. • Contribute to high‑stakes, enterprise‑wide projects. • Design and mature self‑serve people data products. • Own Data Warehousing and Data Architecture design decisions. • Bring analytical rigor to enterprise People programs. • Apply and interpret advanced methods where needed. • Serve as a partner to HRBPs, People leaders, and analysts on data literacy. • Champion data governance, privacy, and role‑based access. • Contribute to PAR’s roadmap, operating model, and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a closely related field, with at least 2–3+ years in People Analytics / HR data. • Experience designing and maintaining executive‑facing dashboards and data products in a BI tool (e.g., OneModel, Tableau, Looker). • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with a modern cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear stories and actionable insights for HR/business leaders. • Demonstrated expertise in multivariate analysis, including the design and interpretation of regression models. • Strong foundation in research methodology and psychometrics. • Experience handling sensitive HR data with strong judgment around privacy, security, and role‑based access controls. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
