📋 Description

• Support delivery of clinical and commercial capability across the Benelux region • Develop and deliver clinical, product and selling-skills training with the Clinical Education Training Specialist and Sales Training Manager • Build knowledge, confidence and competence across Clinical and Sales teams • Deliver new product launch training and key commercial messages to regional internal teams • Deliver education and training programmes supporting onboarding and ongoing capability development • Provide and evaluate technical product training for Certified Pod Trainer accreditation • Deliver digital, virtual and face-to-face training in group and individual settings • Enable effective interactions with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and people living with diabetes • Drive Omnipod adoption, customer success and improved patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Demonstrated experience delivering and embedding clinical and/or sales training to Field Teams and healthcare professionals • Fluent in English, Dutch and French • Professional up-to-date credentials and/or certifications preferred, such as Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Nurse (RN) • Diabetes technology experience preferred • Prior industry and commercial experience strongly preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Ability to undertake regular business travel within the region, including extensive travel for training events and field visits • Ability to undertake overnight travel and air travel of up to 50% depending on monthly needs
