📋 Description
• Assist with property casualty litigation in state and federal courts. • Manage discovery and depositions. • Write legal documents including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs. • Gain mentorship from a senior attorney and develop professionally.
🎯 Requirements
• At least one year of civil litigation experience - preferably property casualty. • Experience managing cases in state and federal courts. • Managing discovery. • Taking/defending depositions. • Writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs. • Must be admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.
