• Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as processing, recording, and collecting invoices for agency bill policies and related changes. • Verification of policies, broker invoices and monthly statements, finance company reports to ensure completeness and accuracy, and broker payable reconciliation. • Accounting assistance including billing of clients, customer refunds and broker payables. • Handling customer inquiries about billing via both email & phone calls. • Handling of pre-cancel notices from insurance carriers, contacting those customers and/or agents. • Coordination with other departments, finance companies and brokers. • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects within the accounting department.
• University Degree in Accounting or related field. • English fluency is a must (written and verbal). • Accounting or related experience minimum 1-2 years. • Excellent communication, persuasion, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. • Ability to build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal departments. • Teamwork. • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & Word) and PC skills.
