📋 Description

• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with company objectives • Gather and evaluate customer feedback and internal requirements • Translate requirements into clear tickets and specifications • Create mockups and user flows • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Support, and Executive Management • Serve as the liaison between Technology, Support, and Business • Conduct and analyze qualitative user interviews • Align product development with customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers • Strong eye for design • Proficiency with common prototyping and design tools • Experience with modern documentation tools required • Responsible, results-oriented approach to work • Strong hands-on mentality • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus • Please include your salary expectations and earliest possible start date in your application
