📋 Description
• Provide support for client requests • Liaise with product and development teams • Identify cases that require prioritization • Ensure the quality of deliverables to clients • Validate implementations and confirm information • Conduct client training as needed • Support clients during implementation and assist with system configuration/parameterization
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Systems Support roles or similar positions • Strong knowledge of business/corporate processes • Experience in customer service • Problem identification and resolution skills • Experience with healthcare systems is a plus • Familiarity with regulatory processes
