📋 Description

• Manage and lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with Agile methodologies and best practices. • Work closely with cross-functional technical and business teams to identify requirements, allocate resources, and ensure delivery quality. • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to provide project status updates to all stakeholders, including client leadership and internal teams. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues and ensuring smooth project progression. • Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics (Jira, Confluence, etc.). • Elicit business and user requirements, write user stories, and support backlog development in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts. • Foster strong relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and expectations. • Lead, coach, and guide project team members to deliver high-quality outcomes. • Conduct post-project evaluations, ensuring lessons learned and best practices are documented and shared. • Actively contribute to the development of Integrella’s project management best practices and delivery excellence frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT project management, preferably in software services or consulting environments. • Strong background managing software development projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks. • Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools. • Experience in writing user stories, backlog management, and collaborating closely with Product Owners • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA processes, and release management. • Proven success in managing cross-functional, distributed teams across geographies. • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with UK and US clients. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – comfortable engaging with technical teams and executive leadership alike. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. • Proactive, outcome-focused, and passionate about delivering value for clients and driving Integrella’s growth. • Certified in one or more: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications.
