⢠Recruit, coach, and support agents to sell Medicare plans to consumers ⢠Answer questions and guide agents through Medicare sales-related situations ⢠Promote Berwick benefits to agent and agency partners ⢠Develop and maintain positive relationships with local carrier representatives ⢠Work with the team to achieve sales goals and maximize company growth ⢠Model a high level of professionalism and integrity in every interaction
⢠High school diploma ⢠Valid health insurance license or ability to obtain one ⢠Proven sales, training, and management experience ⢠High level of integrity and competitive team player ⢠Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated ⢠Excellent communication skills ⢠Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment ⢠Professional demeanor and personal accountability ⢠Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary ⢠Medicare sales experience (preferred) ⢠Insurance management experience (preferred) ⢠Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) ⢠Proven ability to close sales at a high rate (preferred) ⢠College education (preferred)
