📋 Description

• Design and develop advanced Digital Signal Processing algorithms in MATLAB for wireless communications and defense applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system architects, hardware designers, software engineers, and verification specialists to deliver end-to-end algorithm solutions • Create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate team collaboration and customer engagement • Partner directly with customers to understand requirements, analyze use cases, and develop tailored solution proposals • Research and implement innovative approaches to complex signal processing challenges • Conduct competitive benchmarking and performance validation to ensure market-leading solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or in a STEM related field of study • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DSP algorithm development • Expertise in Digital Signal Processing theory with focus on wireless communications and/or defense systems (e.g. radar, satellite communications, electronic warfare) • Experience in MATLAB for algorithm implementation, simulation, and fixed-point modeling to support hardware/software development teams
