📋 Description

• Influence hardware engineering organization responsible for architecture, design, and development of IP blocks and System-on-Chip (SoC) integrated circuit products • Ensure alignment between process technology, architecture, design, SoC, software, and platform teams • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand Intel's silicon design footprint in target markets • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders across the global SoC ecosystem • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and custom silicon solutions • Represent Intel at industry conferences, customer meetings, and strategic partner engagements • Partner effectively with a large, global engineering team, providing direction, support, and fostering a healthy organizational culture

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 + years of progressive leadership experience in semiconductor industry with focus on silicon design and development • Minimum 10+ years of executive leadership experience managing large, global engineering organizations (500+ engineers) • Proven track record of 8+ years in business development, customer engagement, or commercial roles within the semiconductor industry • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field • Previous experience in customer-facing roles with major OEMs, system integrators, or cloud service providers • Background in emerging technologies such as AI/ML accelerators, automotive silicon, or edge computing solutions • Experience with Intel's product portfolio and ecosystem partnerships • International business development experience, particularly in Asia-Pacific markets • Track record of successful M&A integration or joint venture management
