• Drive Intelehealth's fundraising strategy in India's CSR ecosystem • Identify and approach corporate CSR programs, foundations, and HNI networks • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of minimum 30 CSR prospects • Craft compelling, data-driven CSR proposals and grant applications • Deliver timely, outcome-focused reports, impact dashboards, and updates to CSR partners • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams
• 8–10 years of progressive fundraising experience in India • Bachelor's degree in business, development studies, nonprofit management, marketing, or related fields • Demonstrated success in raising ₹5 crore+ annually from CSR or institutional funders • Deep understanding of India's Companies Act 2013, CSR regulations • Proven ability to map and engage corporate CSR ecosystems • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM systems
