• This is a remote position. • Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the organization's existing products, and their impact on the users and target audience (Beneficiary). • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities within the non-profit sector. • Analyze data to inform product decisions. • Strong understanding of the digital health space, and proven experience working for the healthtech. • User Research: Engage with end-users, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, pain points, and expectations. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document product requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories and use cases. • Product Roadmap Development: Creating a roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of Intelehealth. • Prioritizing features that deliver the highest value to users and comply with regulations. • Product Development Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including programs, designers and developers, to help translate requirements into actionable development tasks. • Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. • Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), user guides, release notes, and feature specifications. • Feedback Loop: Continuously gather feedback from users, Internal and external stakeholders and use this information to iterate on product features and improvements. • Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with internal and external teams, Balancing diverse stakeholder needs and priorities. • Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Staying updated with the latest advancements in healthcare technology and best practices. • Innovation: Think innovatively to come up with cost effective solutions in the resource constrained environment. • Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders. • Additional Skills: Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the activities of team members. • Delegating tasks and assignments based on individual strengths and workload. • Monitoring team performance and productivity. Team Building: Hiring, Retention, Succession Planning. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. • Coaching and Mentoring: Mentoring the team of APMs, to build their capacities on product management, innovative thinking, building cost effective products, interdisciplinary collaborations. • Scheduling and Planning: Creating and managing work schedules to ensure adequate staffing. • Planning and organizing team activities to meet deadlines and objectives. • Ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. • Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication within the team. • Serving as a liaison between team members and upper management. • Addressing and resolving any communication barriers. • Performance Evaluation: Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. • Setting performance goals and objectives for team members. • Recognizing and rewarding high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Health, Hospital management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience of at least 5 years as an Product Manager, preferably in the digital health sector . • Product Management: Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Collaboration and partnership skills for interdisciplinary functions. • Stakeholder and client management skills for effective client management. • Product Vision and Strategy: Ability to define and communicate the product vision and strategy. • Understanding market trends and customer needs. • Developing and maintaining a product roadmap. • Backlog Management:Creating, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog. • Writing clear and concise user stories. • Ensuring that the backlog aligns with the product vision. • Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc. • Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Effective communication skills for conveying ideas, presenting product updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Skill in collaborating with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, and end-users. • Focus on user needs, with the ability to empathize and gather insights through user research. • Strong Project management skills to assist in planning, monitoring progress, and keeping timelines on track. • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues or roadblocks during the product development process. • Flexibility and adaptability to handle new responsibilities in a dynamic non-profit environment. • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and specifications. • Collaboration skills to foster a positive, cross-functional work environment and share insights with colleagues.
