📋 Description

• Lead and evolve the certification business unit • Drive strategic authority and operational control • Ensure delivery of secure and reliable credentialing programs • Maintain compliance with ANSI/ISO accreditation standards • Drive revenue growth through new certifications and market expansion • Establish and strengthen market positions in healthcare certification • Define the certification product roadmap and pricing strategies • Oversee full credentialing lifecycle to ensure quality and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field • Minimum of ten years of experience in certification, credentialing, assessment, or related fields • Minimum seven years in a management role • Minimum five years of project management experience • Proven track record in regulated or compliance-driven environments • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy • Deep experience leading operations in quality-critical environments • Experience with accreditation, certification, or regulatory compliance frameworks • Strong organizational leadership skills, including performance management • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
