📋 Description

• Acquire candidates through recruitment platforms and channels • Maximize proper utilization of company-provided recruitment tools • Identify, source, and thoroughly screen qualified applicants • Assess applicants against position criteria and cultural fit • Manage and execute the complete onboarding process for qualified and hired applicants • Ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into the company

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, or onboarding • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Familiarity with professional sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to work independently and adhere to strict core hours • Monday to Friday, 5 days a week • Seven working hours daily, from 4PM Egypt time to 1am Egypt time, including a 1-hour break
