📋 Description
• Provide accurate and timely medical interpretation between patients and healthcare providers • Perform simultaneous and consecutive interpreting • Ensure proper use of medical terminology • Facilitate clear and culturally appropriate communication in medical settings • Provide interpretation for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments • Facilitate critical communication in legal and medical scenarios
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Wolof and English • Minimum 6 months of professional interpretation experience; up to 3 years stated • Proven expertise in medical or legal interpretation • Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments • High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills • Professional HIPAA-compliant setup • Wired USB headset with noise cancellation • Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed
