âą Drive expansion of our mental health service provider network in Africa âą Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients âą Assess clients' needs and match them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database âą Maintain accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider database âą Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times âą Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment âą Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness âą Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information âą Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers âą Proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.
âą Candidate preferably would have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition âą Open to a 40 hours, 2-month, contractor position âą Fluent proficiency in English âą Experience in database management of candidates âą Has experience working in a remote setup âą Has experience in a growing startup
