📋 Description

• Generate revenue by answering requests or calling leads • Influence existing or potential customers to buy services • Identify customer requirements quickly to present solutions • Record customer information accurately in CRM • Handle complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation • Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone • Working knowledge of CRM and telephone systems • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints • Persistent and results-oriented with patience and ability able to handle customer rejection • Freshers can also apply for trainee roles
