📋 Description

• Facilitate and support agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Coach teams in agile ways of working, role clarity, and effective collaboration • Identify, prioritize, and support the resolution of impediments at team and organizational levels • Further develop collaboration structures within and across teams • Support change processes and foster a sustainable agile mindset • Work closely with Management, HR, and transformation leads on structural and organizational challenges • Establish and maintain points of contact across the organization to promote agile principles • Communicate and escalate critical obstacles to relevant decision-makers • Help shape the digital future and support successful product development in the energy sector

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a comparable role within complex or scaled product organizations • In-depth knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban • Experience with scaling approaches such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus is a plus • Experience working with multiple interdependent teams • Knowledge of organizational development and change management • Experience identifying and resolving impediments at team and organizational levels • Confident use of moderation, facilitation, and conflict management techniques • Strong communication skills, empathy, and coaching expertise when working with diverse stakeholders • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to engage confidently with Management • Industry knowledge of the energy sector is a plus • Experience in SAP transformation environments • An agile certification, such as Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist/SPC, or ICAgile, is an advantage
