📋 Description

• Design, implementation and continuous enhancement of processes in the SAP Sales & Service Cloud • Technical consulting for our clients across the entire project lifecycle — from requirements analysis to roll-out • Customizing and extension of SAP CX solutions in Sales & Service • Integration of the Sales & Service Cloud into existing system landscapes (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP ERP, third-party systems) • Close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers and other consultants in interdisciplinary project teams • Support in building and further developing our internal solution approaches and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification • Project experience in SAP consulting, particularly in SAP Customer Experience (CX) with a focus on Sales & Service Cloud • Experience with the side-by-side extensibility concept of the SAP Sales & Service Cloud • Familiarity with sales, service and CRM processes — preferably within the energy sector • Knowledge of SAP cloud technologies, APIs and interfaces • Very good German and good English skills
