📋 Description
• Interface with Clients in a presales capacity to find opportunities and scope projects • Deliver Microsoft-centric technical solution expertise on client project engagements • Provide tier-three support to Clients when needed • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technology, process, and integration issues • Monitor client satisfaction and expectations
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience supporting Exchange, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Office 365 • Experience migrating users, email, and data to the cloud or from tenant to tenant • Experience using migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, AvePoint etc. • Able to communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in person, over video calls, and in writing • Experience supporting acquisitions and divestitures is strongly preferred • MS-100/101 or AZ-104 certifications are useful though not required
