📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP supply chain modules, including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and related functionalities. • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics functions. • Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain best practices, ensuring alignment between SAP capabilities and operational processes. • Own and manage end-to-end SAP initiatives, including scope definition, solution design, testing strategy, and go-live execution. • Lead system integration and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to ensure seamless end-to-end processes. • Oversee testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solution quality and business readiness. • Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials to support adoption and knowledge transfer. • Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive resolution to maintain operational continuity. • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by recommending enhancements, optimizations, and scalable solutions. • Stay current on SAP enhancements, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry trends to support continuous improvement and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 7+ Years of Experience • SAP certification(s) preferred. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations. • Knowledge of system integrations (e.g., EDI, third-party logistics, external planning systems). • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
