• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Intermedia’s billing and quote-to-cash systems. • Drive platform evolution to improve scalability, accuracy, and automation while supporting new products, pricing models, and partner-driven revenue streams. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Support to deliver high-impact solutions that balance business needs with technical trade-offs. • Translate customer and partner requirements into clear product initiatives with measurable business outcomes. • Champion partner-first experiences in billing, including seamless reseller flows and self-service capabilities. • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, customer/partner experience, and internal efficiency. • Represent billing platform strategy with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise billing, subscription management, or quote-to-cash systems. • Deep understanding of B2B billing flows, subscription models, and partner/reseller ecosystems. • Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical platforms. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in financial and operational data. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
