📋 Description

• Lead and mentor 3 small teams of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Allocate resources effectively across several projects and products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality support. • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the DevOps team. • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps in a highly-available production environment. • Manage and support deployments to Kubernetes clusters, including the creation and updating of Kubernetes manifest files, Docker files, and Docker builds. • Oversee the development and maintenance of automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to support highly-available production environments, participate in code review. • Ensure effective monitoring and logging using systems such as ElasticSearch, Prometheus, Grafana. • React on alerts, create incidents, create awareness, gather resources to work on the resolution of critical events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. • Proficient in Windows and Linux Administration • Experience in creating and troubleshooting CI/CD a highly-available production environment. • 2 years of experience supporting deployments to Kubernetes clusters in a highly-available production environment. • 2 years of development and support of automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. • 1 year of troubleshooting experience using logging and monitoring systems (ElasticSearch, Graylog, Grafana, Azure Application Insights). • Experience with DNS records management and certificate management in a highly-available production environment. • Experience using and troubleshooting Ansible/Terraform playbooks.
