📋 Description

• Support the market’s existing clients while championing initiatives to grow ASL interpreting services • Collaborate with Director of Interpreting Services and Coordinating Services Manager to support operational and strategic objectives • Make recommendations for growing market share and improving client experience • Foster positive relations with existing clients while seeking new opportunities • Provide effective oversight and management of timely client contract renewals

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and RID Certification required • 5+ years of experience as an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter in a variety of settings preferred • Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written) • Previous client services and business development experience are strongly preferred • Membership in an interpreting-related professional association is preferred
