📋 Description

• Lead Landowner Engagement and Relationship Management • Serve as the direct point of contact for landowners across late-stage development, construction, and long-term operations • Deliver clear, proactive communications regarding project timelines, site access, heavy construction activities, and operational milestones • Support Site Control Agreements and Contract Administration • Support the execution of new site control agreements, amendments, and options in close coordination with Legal, Development, and Land teams • Maintain a deep operational understanding of site control documentation, lease obligations, critical option dates, and right-of-way terms • Support the negotiation and administration of landowner compensation related to construction impacts, damages, or scope adjustments • Maintain detailed, auditable records in CRM and land management software, logging communications, agreements, and critical dates • Contribute to the continuous improvement of landowner engagement workflows, standardized templates, and field-level best practices • Partner with Construction, Safety, and Operations teams to anticipate site access challenges and quickly resolve landowner concerns on the ground • Collaborate with Communications and Legal teams to ensure consistent, compliant messaging that protects Intersect's long-term social license

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of dedicated experience managing landowner, landholder, or community relations for utility-scale clean energy, power transmission, or major infrastructure projects • In-depth familiarity with land agreements, real estate option exercise protocols, easements, title considerations, and construction impact mitigation • Hands-on experience maintaining structured data and communication histories within land management software or CRM platforms • Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and conflict resolution skills, with a track record of building trust with rural property owners • Alignment with Intersect's core values of Equity, Humility, Authenticity, Long-run Value, and People Come First
