📋 Description

• Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with documentation for debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, corporate financing, and M&A • Review project and corporate records to create and update disclosure schedules and other financing deliverables • Maintain well-organized transaction files, ensuring documents are named, filed, and accessible • Prepare and coordinate construction loan draws, bringdowns, and related deliverables • File UCC financing statements, conduct UCC searches, and manage other required corporate filings • Manage checklists, signature packets, and execution of documents for financial transactions • Coordinate with counterparties, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to support negotiations and ancillary documentation • Compile and distribute executed documents and track post-closing obligations • Maintain transaction status reports and other tracking tools • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows • Provide general support across the Legal team to help meet deadlines and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience supporting complex transactions • Corporate, transactional, or finance paralegal experience—experience in renewables, data centers, or infrastructure finance is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through reliably • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with composure under pressure and responsiveness to shifting priorities • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely • A collaborative mindset, sense of humor, and ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Adobe, and the ability to learn additional platforms as needed
