📋 Description

• Support INTERSPORT Digital GmbH through systematic automation • Identify and evaluate automation opportunities across core company processes • Build a structured use-case portfolio • Own the analysis, design, and implementation of AI-driven processes • Independently develop smaller technical solutions — e.g., APIs and data pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Solid practical experience in designing and implementing automations • Strong end-to-end process understanding • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools • Experience with APIs and system integrations • Basic software engineering skills in Python and TypeScript • Experience with AWS services • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions • Experience building internal enablement programs • Excellent communication and enablement skills • Basic understanding of AI governance and data protection • Languages: German and English at least B2 level
