📋 Description

• Design B2B workflows and interfaces for product data, pricing, availability, order and returns processing, and account management • Develop clear dashboards, reports and data-rich views to support users' daily decisions • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data and Business within Commerce squads • Drive topics from problem definition through to production-ready solutions • Conduct user research, interviews, focus groups and usability tests with retailers, partners and internal users • Translate research insights into concrete product improvements • Apply a hypothesis- and data-driven approach and measure success by adoption, efficiency and user feedback • Evolve the “Pulse” design system using Figma and Storybook • Ensure a consistent user experience across the platform • Test new design and prototyping approaches, including AI-assisted methods • Actively contribute to the UX & Product Design practice • Help shape INTERSPORT ONE as the central platform for business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably for B2B, SaaS or enterprise applications • Experience designing complex workflows, data views, tables and dashboards • Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and component libraries, ideally Storybook • Experience with user research, testing and data-driven product development • Confident stakeholder management and ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions • Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and development teams • Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style • Excellent German and English language skills • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace or retail environments • Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or design-to-code workflows • Technical understanding of components, design tokens and modern frontend architectures • Experience with accessibility / WCAG or low-code prototyping
