⢠Identify and research target accounts across the DACH region using market intelligence and strategic analysis ⢠Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified opportunities ⢠Develop 5-8 qualified potential customers per six months, building a sustainable pipeline for long-term growth ⢠Participate actively in pre-sales activities, collaborating with technical teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions ⢠Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client challenges, technical environments, and business priorities ⢠Translate technical capabilities into business value propositions that resonate with decision-makers ⢠Support the creation of technical proposals, estimates, and proof-of-concept scoping ⢠Represent Intertec at industry events, IT summits, trade shows, and networking functions across the DACH region ⢠Present the company's capabilities, case studies, and value proposition to prospective clients and industry audiences ⢠Build brand awareness and generate leads through active event participation and follow-up ⢠Contribute to the planning and execution of Intertec-hosted events and webinars ⢠Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Engineering) â˘
⢠3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management-preferably in IT services, software development, or technology consulting ⢠Deep understanding of the custom software development industry, including development methodologies, technology stacks, and delivery models ⢠Fluent German (native or C1+) and professional English-both written and spoken ⢠Proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders via phone, video, and in-person ⢠Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the company at professional events ⢠Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail ⢠Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities ⢠Preferred Experience in pre-sales or solution consulting roles ⢠Experience selling technology services to enterprise clients in the DACH region ⢠Understanding of legacy modernization, cloud migration, AI/ML, or digital transformation initiatives ⢠Existing network within German enterprise IT departments ⢠Track record of event participation or public speaking ⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
