📋 Description
• Managing resources, schedules, and content updates on IK’s Learning Management System (LMS) • Handling video operations including YouTube and Vimeo uploads, organizing video libraries, and tracking publishing timelines • Executing assigned tasks and projects based on business needs with high ownership and reliability • Managing operational communication — extensive emailing, calendar coordination, and spreadsheet management • Supporting live classes, including session monitoring, troubleshooting, and real-time coordination • Providing customer support by responding to queries and ensuring a smooth learner experience • Assisting with instructor hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coordination
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Should be comfortable working in night shift (8pm - 5:30am IST) • Strong communication and organisational skills • Comfortable working with tools such as LMS platforms, spreadsheets, and video management systems • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
