•Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for Technical Interviewers. •Conduct technical interviews and assessments specifically for .Net developer roles to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in .Net frameworks and their ability to solve complex problems using .Net technologies. •Work closely with recruitment teams to develop interview questions that align with the specific requirements of the .Net roles and reflect current industry standards. •Provide comprehensive feedback and detailed evaluations of candidate performances to hiring managers, aiding in the decision-making process. •Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the .Net ecosystem to ensure accurate assessment of candidates' skills.

🎯 Requirements

•Strong technical background with extensive experience in .Net technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework. •Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a similar role is highly preferred. •Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely. •Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and handle interviews with professionalism. •Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
